KangaRoof is an outstanding company and I highly recommend them for any roofing needs. I am extremely happy with the results of our new solar roof. Our sales person Kyle went above and beyond to address our questions and concerns and help make the contract process smooth. The superintendent, DeAndre and his team did an amazing job of installing our roof. We received excellent service and high quality roofing every step of the way and we would happily use Kanga for any future projects.

Face it, nobody is well versed in buying roofs. Homeowners do it maybe twice in their lives, 15 years between — so it's a bit of a leap of faith in your roofer. We found Kangaroof was worth that faith. From early estimates and advice from Craig, through a flexibly fluid schedule knocked sideways by a hailstorm (we braked the job to work with insurance), and then through the amazingly thorough 10 hour install by DeAndré, Wyatt, and their team, we were impressed. Little extra efforts, attention to details you'd never know to ask about, and an incredible clean up (these guys are TIGHT on cleanup!)... we were glad to luck into working with them. Funny name, but NO JOKE execution.

It was a win-win with KangaRoof! They're representative, Craig Urban, was great with the presentation, answering questions, and being pleasant and knowledgeable. Our roof was to be put on a Monday and the supplies were delivered on Friday. Everything went off as expected and hoped! The team that put on the roof were highly skilled, fast, and it looked great when done. They cleaned up the areas around the house perfectly. We felt sorry for them having to work in the 100 degree weather!! Thanks Kanga for a job well done!

Kanga Roof's Advisor stayed with our initial hail damage claim for two years. Surprisingly in 2021, our insurance provider responded to our original Kanga Roof claim by utilizing drone inspection and offering to replace only a few select shingles (which we declined to accept), even as over half a dozen directly and closely neighboring homes received complete roof replacements deriving from the same hail storm. Kanga Roof's Advisor (the original one) helped us initiate a new claim this year (2023) by being diplomatically present during a visit and inspection by a representative from our insurance provider. Operating on the roof together as an organically symbiotic team, they carefully and thoroughly documented both prior and recent hail damages as being clearly differentiated and cumulative in their detrimental effects on our roof's integrity. Without Kanga Roof, especially our Kanga Advisor, and the entire roofing crew including preparation, roofing, an on-site Kanga Supervisor during work, a follow-up visit to ensure and address any concerns, and ongoing professional and friendly contacts from office, and the Kanga Roof owners - I doubt our family would be enjoying the high quality new roof over our heads today. Rarely do I give out 4 stars or lower. This would be a 3.5 stars. KR markets themselves as top notch company and for me I just didn't see it. Friendly, positive helpful people no questions, but I felt that I was managing my own account from beginning to end. Even at the work site I had to tell the workers (or try to), I was to get ridge vents on the garage as they didn't know but it was on the paperwork. Calls were made. The onsite supervisor was on site for maybe 15 minutes while work was being done. The quality of work looks good. Cleanup was great. My salesperson was great. paying the bill was great. But lack of communication and a clear timeline before, during and after of the project was lacking. What the company thinks they have is not what I experienced.
